Zoyo Reality markets only projects registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The RERA registration number of every project, phase by phase, is shown on that project’s page, beside its enquiry form.
Verify a registration
You can confirm any registration number on the website of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority of the state where the project is located.
Payments
Payments towards any booking are accepted only by cheque, demand draft or bank transfer in favour of the project account named in the official documents. We never ask for payment in cash or to personal accounts.
